职位描述:
1.Customer order receiving and key in system to ensure data accuracy .
2.Confirm order schedule with planner and feedback to customer On time. Maintain the system delivery date according to planner promised date, keep good OTD performance.
3.Understanding customer different delivery request, coordinate with warehouse to arrange shipment timely.
4.Monitor customer forecast and regularly maintain data in system.
5.Customer RMA coordination
6.Finish Goods stock control
7.Customer payment check monthly.
8.Coordinate the new customer creation
9.Handling new inquiries either from External Sales or from customers
10.Other duties as required..
任职要求:
1. College degree or above in international trade/ English or related
2.3 year experience above in customer service dept. or related
3.Familiarity with order processing and customer forecast analysis operations
4.Good communication skills
5. 3 months study in Shenzhen.
